Cancellation & Return Policy

·         We take an utmost care when it comes to packaging, so that product(s) reach you safely and the way it should be, however due to unfortunate event or miss handling by our shipping service provider, if you find package is damaged then we request you to make a remark at the time of signing the POD.

·         Also send us the clear images of the package and call us or drop an email as early as possible, we will ship newly subject to availability of product(s) or if you wish to cancel due to this we will refund full amount if already paid without any charges. However if found package is not damaged then cancellation rules will apply. 




·         An order can be cancelled at any time until it has been dispatched from our warehouse and if you already paid than same amount will be credited back to your account within 5 - 7 working days depending on your bank processing.

·         However if you wish to cancel your order after package is dispatched then do not accept the package from the courier person and once we receive cancellation update from our delivery service provider we will issue refund if amount paid by you deducting shipping and handling charges. (Inclusive of any taxes). 



·         Request to return must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery of the product.

·         Please ensure product(s) are not opened, unused, all labels intact and with original packaging otherwise return will not be accepted. Once we receive the request our service provider will get in touch with you to collect package.

·         Returns shall be arranged for pick-up through a logistic service partner. However, in the event the logistic service partner is unable to do so, a notification regarding the same shall be sent to you, for dispatching the product using a reputed courier in your respective area to the address mentioned in the notification. The freight charges for such products shall be reimbursed to you on successful receipt of product and verification done by our end.

·         Refund/replacement shall be issued to you only after the product is received and verification is done by our end.

·         If the product received does not pass the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you.

·         In case the replacement product is out of stock, a refund shall be initiated.

·         Return policy is not valid for perishable products such as Cakes, Flowers, Chocolates, etc. If one comes across any issue with these products, they are advised to contact our customer support team within 24 hours. We will try to resolve the complaint in the best possible manner; however, it’s not guaranteed that we’ll be able to provide replacement/refund request.

·         Damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer or Digital content such as e-books is not returnable at all.

·         Some products are bound by the brand's specific policies regarding repair, replacement and returns. These policies are binding on you.




·         For payments done through Credit card / Debit card / Wallets / IMPS / Net banking / UPI / Gift card. The refund will be processed to the same channel from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

·         For payments made to COD will be given in the form of bigdeals24x7 vouchers.
